Are all Katz Gluten Free products safe for people with Celiac disease?
Yes, all of our products are certified gluten-free and are manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free facility to ensure maximum safety.
How should I store my baked goods once they arrive?
Since our products do not contain artificial preservatives, we recommend storing them in the freezer immediately upon arrival to maintain freshness. Thaw only what you plan to eat.
Do you offer shipping to all 50 states?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days via temperature-controlled shipping.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your products Kosher certified?
Yes, all Katz Gluten Free products are Kosher certified by the OU (Orthodox Union) and CRC.
